About my design

by WanderingBert
I Have A Dream... that little Human children and little Martian children will be able to join hands and frolic down the street.

The Style is bssed on late 50's/ early 60's cartoons.

I have left the text on because I like the balance it creates but would work without it if prefered.

i'm sure it wasn't intentional, but it is a bit in poor taste to do a humorous play on a civil rights (much less in the month of february, black history month)

Oh, sorry. I'm in New Zealand. I don't really know much about that stuff. It's all in light humour.

If a black person wore this design, then it would have a chance at being funny.

If a white person wore this, then people would wonder if

they were making fun of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Context plays a huge part in comedy.

I can see how it would seem tasteless in the United States, but I cant really see it being a problem in any other country.

It's cute.

I think it's intended to be more cute than funny, so I don't really think it's in poor taste because I don't feel like it's making fun of anything persay. But either way I'm not really in love with the idea, so I can't see myself buying it.
