A design I submitted before but tweaked as asked by voters

i actually like the bottom placement... but, what do i know...
i just think it's neat.

I liked it on bottom too, but some one said to center it so I decided to try it.

OH! sorry if I stole a title, I didnt know that was a title. I didnt want to name it spray can again, like I did the first time it went through
