Once upon a time there was this evil wizard and he had red eyes and a magic wand that would shoot these poker things out of it he had a pet spider with red eyes too and the spider would hurt people by dropping little baby evil spiders all over them and the evil wizard one day kidnapped a beautiful princess from her house in the rainbow clouds this made her dad very angry so he called his friend the super knight to rescue her and he rode over to the wizards castle on his horse that was the fastest horse ever the wizard was too powerful for the knight so he called his friend the pirate to come and help him rescue the princess the pirate had an eye patch so he had bad depth perception but he did have a big sword and was friends with the alien good guys who would come to his rescue whenever he whistled for them to help so the knight and the pirate were fighting the wizard…

…so the knight and the pirate with the big sword and one eye and the alien good guys were fighting the evil wizard and his pet spider who drops evil little baby spiders on you when all of a sudden this big snake came out of nowhere and was trying to eat everyone but the alien good guys had a space ship with lasers that could kill bag guy snakes and they shot the snake in his red eyes with the lasers and he turned blind so the knight chopped him up with his sword cause the snake couldn’t see him coming and then the pirate jumped up and cut the evil spiders web so he fell far far far down to the ground and died and all the little evil baby spiders ate the big spider… it was really gross and then all that was left was to kill the evil wizard so the knight and the pirate and the good guy aliens all attacked the wizard with their swords and lasers at the same time and killed him then they let the princess go and she let them all live in the rainbow land where there were no spiders or snakes for ever and ever.

i don't think there's anything christmasy about it. this is quite nice. however, the figure of the little boy looks like a tiny businessman and the fact that the shadow is holding a heart of all things sort of kills it. a book or a toy or a plastic sword or pretty much anything else would have been better. 3.
