Not too smart. Way too funny but not too smart =). All you have to do is point to the kidney and say "thats a kidney" and they'll look at your shirt for 10 seconds and they'll get it and they'll laugh. If thats not the case you need new friends or you need to graduate middleschool. Wicked cute and the flowers are my favorite too =D

What a happy kidney. I love this. I also love your explanation about the missing renal vein and artery, for without that, people would surely say it wasn't "right". $5 and another $5.

Very funny idea.. not sure anyone would have a clue what it was though.. Maybe put 'kidney transplant' on it? Might spoil it, but I'm afraid people are going to wonder why a bean with a noodle in it is planting flowers...

A kidney transplants a tray of flowers into the ground. What fun! For the curious, the tube coming out of his belly is his ureter, whose function is to carry urine to the bladder (depicted here as a watering can). For the anatomically savvy, I did not include the renal vein or artery as it would make the illustration to busy.
