I think I'd like it a lot better without the banner, and without the blue dots. Maybe make the blue tonal, so that its less 'extreme.'

I just love trees, and this is a great illustration. I like that the birds are all facing the same way, it goes with the branches that mostly seem to be pointing to the left as well. possibly make the circles a little more subtle? and it's just me but i'd like it in the centre of the shirt.
