this is a 5! I would give it a $5 but the expression on the womans face isnt as scared as it should be, and there should be some of that etchy texture on her face like the ethcyness on the purple and blue right next to her face

I love everything but the newspaper headlines. They are too bold/big and take away from the awesomely rendered lady face & wavy lines. I love those lines! I also like how the art fades out at the borders.

AWESOME! haha. great stuff for real. how do you guys get the distress look in vector stuff? Do you do it in photoshop or use some filter, I'll seen a couple but have bothered to buy one. You mind checking out my blog on my new sub. Any advice would be AWESOME!

sure dude! there are different ways to do it, but one of the qieclest and easiest is to create a large distressed pattern in photoshop and save it as a bitmap tiff file, then place it into illustrator and overlay it on top of what you would like distressed. ;)

The image of the womans face is from a clip art collection.

But that doesn't really matter if you're not claiming that it's your own. All in all I like the design.
