Yeah I said it was different, just don't find it particularly beautiful. And that for me means it doesn't relate to Josh Ritter's album The Animal Years. I think I understand the message- so they are modern apes in a city habitat, and yes I know who Darwin was.

$5... I would buy and wear this in a minute. This is very well done and one of the better designs I have seen on Threadless lately. I agree that the comp and color are great and you obviously put some thought into it. I also agree that the toes are a little distracting since she has stockings on (but only a girl would notice that though). I hope this wins, I love it!...$5

This is such an awesome design! I love the Darwin sign too. That helps make it easier for just random people to understand what the shirt is saying. Superb drawing! I love the colors. The blue is perfect. I would possibly like to see it in a position a little farther to the right of the shirt - so that the image isn't facing the left side so closely (it kind of creates tension). The bottom right corner of the shirt would work.

Who cares what color the people are? I'm really shocked to see so many comments about that and very disappointed. I would hope that people of color would not be offended, there is no reason to be. Besides, these people look like tan white people to me, not that it matters. I think the politically correct police need to get off of it and chill!
