That design is not vague at all so coincidence is out of the picture. You definetely saw that picture somewhere and had it alongside your computer or you traced most of it. Just start making your own designs and you'll get the heat off your ass...

Well I am new to Threadless and unfamiliar with the folks mentioned but after looking at the link, it looks less like coincidence, but I will still reserve judgement. Whp knows? My first design might look like a rip. Lawd I hope not tho.
