it looks like all the animals ran out on deck to try and get away from the terrible sounds the human is making.

hey guys, yeah it was based on the idea of noah's arc when i thought of the "animal years". I tried to move the cabin of the ark to the side so that it won't feel exact like a Ark == religious...i was afraid it was too religious for a tee when i was doing the artwork..but i guess it still is....looks like i should come up with something more neutral.
and as for the more interesting animal suggestions, i did try to draw a goat..but it looked quite deformed haha.. so i replace it with a bird. haha Thanks for the feedback guys =) |

chillej - dont take it too seriously. it was meant to be a fun cartoon to emphasize one's music, not a standard religion. It may have been inspired by religious imagery, but nonetheless, entirely unreligious. I think it's adorable. $5.

hforHello, the white thingy is suppose to be water(flood), at first i used blue to represent the water but it clash horribly with the silhouette figures..hence replaced it with white. more soothing to the eyes jinx_tv, now that you mentioned it, it does look like the animals are running away from the man singing and the sheep is about to jump! haha.. |

An "arc" is a curve. An "ark" is a boat (or box or refuge, etc).

Looks like my biggest problem is the guy huh? well initially i wanted to draw the guy with a guitar(to represent josh since its his contest), but guitar + guy silhouette figure looked like freaky. haha.... so i changed it to guy with mic.. maybe i can change the guy into a monkey and the monkey is steering the boat.... will that be a better choice?? |

You & your monkey. Haha! But, this design's cute. I like it. Love those animals, but indeed the guy by the window looks abit deformed somehow. Perhaps you can try replacing it with a monkey? :D

rainbowbrite, actually that guy suppose to be josh ritter since the design was for his contest on threadless. but it looks like i should remove the guy..since everyone prefer to have only the animals on board
