discojunkie is correct. It says betrayal in the middle. The design WILL be printed smaller, but I enlarged it a bit so viewers can make out the details.

And as for the message;
Betrayal, as a form of deception or dismissal of prior presumptions, is the breaking or violation of a presumptive social contract (trust, or confidence) that produces moral and psychological conflict within a relationship amongst individuals, between organizations or between individuals and organizations.

The idea is that the woman with the heart over her head portrays a false sense of love. Where she may show the emotion of love, betrayal is truely what is in her heart. The word betrayal sits on top of the heart when the shirt is worn. Simple message dealing with betrayal.
