We decided to take on the brief a lil' differently than most people for this. We started by choosing a font (Baskerville) and created some characters by only using this typeface. The obviouse line was a detective and from this i began to write a little story. I'll post it below and in a blog so you can read it if you get the time, but we'd love it to be part of the t-shirt as well so we placed it on the back. We then followed the whole 'who-dunnit' style and created a question mark out of handwritten text with the characters below to make the 'dot'.

Because it was for the JOT2 comp we wanted to only use text and so all shading etc is just lots and lots of letters cleverly placed! To back up this simplicity we went with black on a light coloured shirt but the shirt colour is up to you guys to be honest. Larger more detailed versions of all of this will be in the blogs. We'll post a link soon.

choke.. at the moment its onwhat that is but it will work on any light colour mate...or inverted on any dark - but we would have to change the shadows for an inverted design.
