I know this is crazy coming from me because I'm a designer not a science\biology or whatever person but... isn't it only the FEMALE mosquito that sucks blood? If I remember correctly, male mosquitoes aren't equipped with the right stuff to suck blood? Not that this REALLY matters... because it's still a funny design... I just can't help but think that it could never be MR mosquito =]

^xiiiin, As a designer and as an expert scientist I can tell you that you are half right, the female do sucks the blood, and the male mosquitoes do not have what it take to break the human skin and so most of them die young but there are many old MALe mosquitoes that get the blood through an IV and keep it as a back up blood and through that are a useful part of the mosquitoes community and not just a burden.
And so, as you can see, it is ok Oh by the way, I love the new wings better. |
