I didn't get it at first because I couldn't see that the mirror ball was broken, maybe if it had a crack in it, would be more apparent. Nice idea though.

i was thinking maybe you could fix the J by removing the first square of the serif (upper-left square) and placing it to the right of the stem... maybe? could work

The 'J' would read better without the top serif entirely since the other letters have none (not sure about the 'C'). Otherwise, love the concept.

This is so cute. I'm a little confused as to why your horizontal sections are straight across when you did the globing on the vertical ones though...
I love it on purple, and I think you have to keep the mirror pieces to show people that its broken, but maybe only do them in a small clump off to one side as opposed to scattered across the entire bottom edge of the shirt. Clever idea! |

I'm with the crowd on the J. Take the top line off and it might be easier to read. I thought you were going for "dog" at first and forgot the g. I'm also a bit slow sometimes, though

I didn't know it said "DJ" either. I like it otherwise. And the mirror wasn't broken, just some small mirrors fell off, so it's not bad luck.

About my design
I'm not too sure about the broken mirror tiles along the bottom - they will be placed a lot further down on the actual shirt than the preview allows.
All comments appreciated - particularly musings on how much bad luck you get for busting a mirror ball.
Oh and a big, massive thank you to Staffel for arranging this contest - Cheers dude
