Great illustration!!! Maybe you can change the color of the tears to a lighter one, as well as changing the typeface to a more "children's" friendly one.

i think the tears take away from it...im not sure if its the size or color but i think the earth should be the focal point of the shirt.

maybe just one smaller tear would be more effective?

I cannot take this shirt seriously. It's hilarious. I might buy it as a joke for someone, but I can't see anyone seriously wearing this. The art's good, though.

It might be better if he were looking at the earth..it seems like he's more sad that he's holding the earth instead of whatever he's possibly looking at. Maybe there's a peeled onion on the table next to him..heum.

The boy's hands are too big in proportion, even if you wanted to give perspective with them, thy are too big. The rest is really well drawn, but I think it is a really sad topic to wear all around.

Wow.. okay, well the shirt is meant to be sad, sorry to be so depressing..lol...it more of a statement then a T shirt design really, I guess it translated better in it's original chalked drawn form....:) But now that I look at it the hand is a little too big and the tears are way to prominent... and Goldenwasp.. thats a good idea, he should be looking at the earth reather than away....:)..so thanks for all the advice, it is now time to make some revisions..lol... :P

The hand is a bit too big, I agree. And the tears are a bit too prominent. I also agree. BUT, I like that he's looking at you. You connect with him that way. I really like this idea and this design. I'm giving you a 5 because I think it deserves it, and the revisions that need to be made aren't that big of a deal.

i agree with losing the tear streaks. maybe just show him welling a little or nothing at all because he looks obviously distressed without the crocodile tears. font change might help too or possibly just take the words out all together. appreciate the message though

I agree with the above - the streams of tears are a little much - good idea though. Also, it kind of looks like he's more scared than sad, like he's looking sideways at something scary coming up behind him ... what's a kid five times the size of the world got to be scared of ... oh well.
