The weird teeth/remote control-looking bears are out to destroy the teddy bears because of their cuteness and marketability.

Oh... and the dark blue tooth/remote control bear initially agreed to help snuff out the teddy bears, but started feeling guilty and therefore began sabotaging the efforts, for which he had to be detained.
