I like the combonation of the sports design with the thought of art.

Papaprime on Jan 09 '07 I don't dislike the idea, but the fact that a national ad compaign for working out has picked it up and put the silhouette of a man show shoveling in there is saying simply "there, now everything under the sun has been parodied within this logo"
I think the idea would benefit form breaking out of the logo's confines, since the logo is iconic enough, it doesn't need to be a rectangle to be recognized (as a parody or otherwise) anymore. |

I think the NBA might try to squash this if it makes it out. Seriously. Especially since you're using basically the same body shape with a few item attached.

jerry west. its suppose to be as iconic as the nba one, small like a ref shirt. everyone has used the parody such as HUSTLER. who cares. we are artists thats what we do, show at galleries in LA. sorry if we arent the graphic tshirt wizards. much love though.

I like this a lot! although I would make the design larger. I'd buy it, but if I walked around with the small design on my chest, every one would be confused as to why I was repping the NBA...and I wouldn't want anyone getting that close to my chest to find out. I think my entire AP Studio Art class would buy one!

I have seen almost the exact same thing as a stencil piece, it might have even been done by Bansky. Even if you've never seen this parody done before (which I would find it hard to believe) I would still have to agree that I would like to see more of difference in the body type, and perhaps something a little more encompassing for the art genre other than a spray can.

it's clever but, well i guess i'll just be re-hashing the same compliants as the above but, i think it needs a little bit more and watch out for copyright infringment.
