 Each pattern in this is beautiful, but the tree throws me off, and it's a little too much. The patterns layered like that overwhelm me a little, and sort of detract from each other at some points, especially toward the bottom.

Some feedback: I would remove the pattern in the sky (not clouds) and the green with white dots...they seem out of place and the tree would stand out more. The bottom 3 dark strips are a bit distracting, I would do more of those awesome wave crests to balance those clouds.

i like the design from the bottom up to the blue stoney line. i'd take off the trees, etc - fly bird overhead and just make it a water motif. the patterns are cool, but just too many of them and too many colors.

i agree completely with alex solefish about the tree. i like the layered pattern look but the tree doesn't really fit in with that.

I really like your design! The one thing that doesn't seem to fit is the little things on the tree... it dosen't fit with the other (lovely) patterns in your design.

I love it. It's a different take on the Decemberists challange- if it doesn't win this competition, you should definitely resubmit if possible.

too busy - the styles are all conflicting and the colour of the shirt just doesnt work. This could be a really nice design with a little more work put in to it to make it cohesive.

I absolutely adore this! A different background colour would be nice though, maybe a dark grey would make it stand out more? Maybe if you removed just the bottom pattern and the pattern on the sky and made the tree smaller and more simple it would all work a bit better. I lovelovelove the idea, it just needs a little bit of tweaking

Nice details and patterns but the rectangle shape isn't quite working. I don't like the cut off look. Bring out the clouds and/or the hills.

Its absolutly beautiful. There's not many tee shirts on Threadless I enjoy giving a $5 to. But this design really deserves it.

i like this but i'm not sure about the border on it, how the patterns just stop. maybe they should fade out. and don't cut the clouds off, either.

So with that, I'll be giving it $5 and finally going to sleep. There are only a few designs I actually like, and of those, only a really select few that I'd actually buy. This is one of those select few. |

Love the design, dislike dark blue background - it would prevent me from buying the shirt. Something lighter and more connected with the design would be better.
