it's the ripped off edge that they give you. although sometimes you get to keep the whole ticket, too?

I agree that it's a neat idea :). I think it'd be great if you could make the edges more worn and if you could make the ticket itself bigger. I don't know if you really need to place the ticket diagonally -- I think it'd work on paper, but not as well on a shirt.
