It does look nice, but you've got a copyright issue on your hands here since the original image is from somewhere else. That doesn't make it a total ripoff, but it does make it a little unoriginal. Maybe you can redo it?

I don't think it's a copyright issue. Firstly, the pic is OLD. The original illustrator is long dead. If it was a modern picture you'd copied, there would be a problem, but after so many years, things go into the public domain. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that's how it goes. Besides, lots of people draw from photos and illustrations. You're not expected to hire horses and costumes to be able to draw this pic. Oh, and as for comment about the actual design, I like it. It's cool! But I would like the pen & pencil to stand out more. The red pencil on red horse is too easy to miss.

The pen and pencil get lost a little in the business of the image. It'd be better if they stood out a little more.

It's awesome, but i think it would look cooler in different colors, y'know like blue and pink and purple-the other hslf of the spectrum...anyways, just a thought. 5$ though

So, here I found this snippet of info about an image I saw on the net: "This image (or other media file) is in the public domain because its copyright has expired. This applies to the United States, Canada, the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years." You have no problems!
