About the design
When I found out that David Bazan had decided to focus on solo work and no longer make music under the title Pedro The Lion, I sat down to draw something in honor of one of my favorite bands. This is what came out, not really sure why.

ahhhh this is perfect because I have a LOT of thick brown hair on this head of mine and my friend is constantly making jokes about how I'm a lion.
The real kicker? I wear glasses too..she'd LOVE this on me haha.

Fantabulous! There are way too few lions on T-shirts these days, and yours is so beutifully executed.
Reminds me of two things:
1) Lafcadio The Lion Who Shot Back
2) A childhood Richard Scarry book that included a story about a lion who refused to go to either the optometrist or the dentist, I can't remember which. Maybe it was the hippopotamus that went to the dentist. It's all a blur.
Anyway, it evokes good memories and feelings. 5, and buy!
