Pan PAn PAN pan!!!
love the characters and everything about this but am lost with the PAn as well. Shouldn't it be "ka-blam" or "pow" or "ka-pow" or "bang"?
i mean, the joke here is obviously "pan" i mean its written 129837123 times, but its just not clear WHY it says "pan"...?
ok, i'm sorry, i'm french and in french, we say PAN in comics for shots... I 'll change this BAM or PAW. What do you prefer?
How about POP! Does that translate from french? Cool shirt, even with the PAN. I'm sure we'd get some funny looks in america on the streets
having each bubble use a different word for "BOOM!" would be cool as well. kapow, bam, bang, pow, kablammo, etc.
don't change it just to keep other people happy!! stick with PAN! there are enough BAM or whatever tees already...
I like the idea of using a bunch of different words. You could use pow, bang, boom, pop, and even pan! The design is very good!
Maybe it's just cuz I'm from Montreal, but I got
right away that they said pan cuz the dude who did it was french. Anyway, what difference does it make? It's a cool shirt. Good job dude. |
Now that I think of it, the drawings have
that sort of european comic style that all the kids are talking about too. |
LMAO. dude on the right .... originally thought a foot was protruding from his anus for 1.27 seconds .
for the sake of integrity, I like PAN, but to be honest, I wouldn't wear it unless it said BANG. If it said BANG, I'd totally wear it though.
You don't have to change your design just for us English speakers. Every language has its own onomatopoeia.
for some reason i thought it was "bread" which in spanish is "pan". hm...maybe a change in words, but i still like it because "pan" is different.
great drawing; not to be americo-centric, but 'bang' or 'pow' is better than 'pan' for a sound effect.
I like it, would be good if you had international words for 'bang'...spansish, french english etc...but cool drawing anyway!
reminds me of the style of spy vs spy somehow
not bad, i think the "pan" is what makes the shirt unintentionally quirky |
LEAVE the pan. As soon as a read it i started lmao cuz ive never heard it said as "Pan" then when you said you'd make it "Pow" I said meh...
I prefer "Krakatoa!!", but "pan" has its cute quirks and eccentricities, enough so that it adds to this tee's..wearability, if thats the right word.
Love the simplicity and quirkiness of it (especially with "pan"). Don't we all love how as kids we make our on onomatopoeia for gun sounds? My personal fave is "pew" for gunshots haha. Id buy.
Props to the three different people who have used the word "onomatopoeia" regarding this particular submission.... I had nearly forgotten that word existed. It's such a cool word too.
the "PAN" is awesome, even if you're not francophone...
i mean, come on french cowboys that only you will understand |
