This is really well done, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the guy - his face just looks a little too cartoony maybe? The dress is great, but both heads and the guy's body look like something you would see airbrushed on a white tee with someone's name underneath it. Really great greyscale though.

But there's just something about the couple that doesn't sit quite right. Like they're in the shadows but you can see their faces perfectly. I'm not sure how to describe it. I think it might possibly work better if the couple weren't there at all. That would put the viewer as the subject of the Tripod Beastie's attentions. Anyways, it's largely academic, as this is a pretty much guaranteed print. |

Ooh, I really like this. Although I would love it if the woman's body was a bit more...hmm, how do I say it? If it curved more into the man's. Maybe if her right leg was bent slightly towards him, or if her lower body were leaning towards his. When she's just standing there it looks too solid to be natural (I don't know if you get what I'm saying). Love the idea though!

One of the best designs ever.... but whats wrong with these dumb little girls and dumb little boys who don't know what "noir" means? Something thats black and white is not automatically film noir. For the two of you that are over 18 that called it that, you should be ashamed.
