i suggest you take out the dripping stuff and make it so that the girl in the circle has more emphasis and place it in the middle or on the shoulder area. otherwise, the design is nice.

LOVE the side placement! Much better without the lettering! It would be nice to see on another color... white shirts are just so... blah. And this design deserves a complimentary color. I'm giving it a $5

I love this design--it's really sweet & the wisps of hair around her face are really done well. I do have one additional comment--and this is NOT at all meant to be crude or sarcastic--it's just that, unfortunately, with the girl squatting the way she is and the paint drips positioned as they are right now--try as I might, I just cannot get it out of my head that it looks as though could be urinating. Just an observation, not a criticism.
