I just dont think it looks right on a shirt

If you can't decide where a design should go... then it isn't a good design. Well not for a t-shirt anyway. The best designs on here are designed as a T-shirt, not just a good drawing slapped onto a T-shirt.

the reason i said i cant decide where to put her is simple. some would like it in the center, some would prefer the corner. cant satisfy everyone it seems

I like this illustration, but I can't help but feel the hair swirls are in a different style to the face, and that makes me imagine a mannequin with a wig on. And she has no eyes! I love eyes.

I get the mannequin vibe too, I think some swirls integrated on top acting as "hair" may help that (but it seems you were avoiding that on purpose). I like the swirl design-keep tweaking!

i like it as a tattoo hehe...erm...i can't really think of seeing it soo small....if it was bigger then it'd be great at the side at the bottom,possibly going round even.but it's a good design :)

First of all, I'm sorry that I'm not particularly fond of this on a t-shirt. However, I absolutely love the design. I could see it on the side of an old convertible car... wow, that would look so amazing!!!!

yellow and red always look best against black or green. since green isnt one of your options, then i'd say go with black!! love the design, but i dont think it would work well at the bottom of the shirt. looks fine across the top. if you really want to put it at the bottom of the shirt, then make it bigger (about twice the size), and place it across the side-seam (so the head is on the front, and the "hair" is on the back of the shirt). keep up the good work :)
