i like this a lot but i don't understand why the clouds at the bottom of the whale are diagonal with flat bottoms... am i missing something here? they look very unnatural. still lovely

jrmasm on Dec 30 '06 the diagonal flat bottomed clouds are the vapors that cling to the star whale when it breaches. I was trying to give it implied motion.

FRICKINAWESOME on Jan 04 '07 beautiful colors and gives an instant feeling of nostalgia for something ive never remotely partaken in. Now that's impressive man! I love star drawings, and you've really captured that glowing hazy bewonderment of looking up at the sky late at night and connecting them in your mind for hours. Great job.
