It needs the text to work. However, am not a fan of the colour scheme. I know it's riffing on the USSR flag, but something about just yellow on red...not my thing. 4 for now.

seems like somethings missing... or that the simple shapes make it too simple... maybe give it some texture or distress it or something... make it seem more complicated.
