Jebs, I love your style! It's clean, yet there's enough texture. The speech ice-bubble stumped me a bit, perhaps make it the same shape as obi-wan's?

^ You mean the same shape as Darth Vader's? The Obi Wan penguin is the one with the speech "ice" bubble... but yeah, big a SW fan as I am, I'm not getting the 3 dots thing in his bubble. My only guess is, is it supposed to represent a pause, as in literally dot dot dot ("...")?? Anyways, cool sub!

I am at a loss here. Star Wars penguins and the speech bubbles are not pointing me in a direction either. Random is good but there is obviously a star wars reference here, so it is not that.

Jebs on Dec 16 '06 the 3 dots can be interpreted diferently...as sk8dork said ("they destroyed my machine" "they destroyed my habitat"), it's an interpretation, as cekoz said, it acn be a pause "..." saying, keep cool dude...it's also can be intepreted in: "what the f*** are you saying, are you nuts?" etc...just let your imagination drive you! :-D

This design is amazing! Penguins are the best animals, and even though I love Star Trek, I love Star Wars more!! Don't change a thing about this design, unless you put ice coming out of the emperor penguins hands or show the Death Star as a firey ring (or with one around it). $5

the look on the penguin's face is excellent.

the penguin's eyes--on the left especially--look like anchovy eyes. And i am pretty much a star wars buff, but i am at a loss--are they on hoth? i can't decipher the background . . .

That's hysterical, however, I think that the penguin on the right needs an outfit. I'm not sure who it is...Obi-Wan or Luke?

FRICKINAWESOME on Dec 19 '06 I love this design, but dammit jebs, finish up the design and give us some joke payoff to what the other penguin is thinking at that moment! Your not making a "Lost in Translation" statement like what exactly Bill Murray whispered into Johansson's ear at the end of the movie, it's a tee that is in need of that penguin talking or thinking about somethign penguin-y, perhaps just a picture of a fish or thinking about his lady penguin waiting for him at home! I love this illo and your stuff, but the joke is set in motion with a punchline that says ...

i agree w/ prev comment...the penguin should be thinking about something normal...like fish. maybe a simple "wtf?"...like "wtf is this other penguin doing dressed like darth vader?"
