I love the idea and design, but what the text is saying really rubs me the wrong way. The sentiment behind it is cool, but for some reason, the wording feels off.

I tend to agree - I like everything but the text. Feels like it needs to be 'let's go home' or 'wanna get a pizza?' or something more subtle than just 'it sucks'. and smaller.

great :D but yeah, make the text more subtle - we can all see it's the moon, something along the lines of "wanna go to my place" ^.^ or like (babag said it) "this sucks"

'This Sucks' wouldn't automatically imply that they're talking about the moon sucking. "This place sucks" would probably be better. Or mayhap two bubbles:
"So whadda ya think?" "Meh..." Excellent concept, though. 5 points. |

FRICKINAWESOME on Dec 20 '06 It should just read "this sucks.", with the period, in tiny letters, with the text buble being a tenth of the size it is now to illustrate the piont that the moon sucks so much, that you can't even muster up the energy to diss it.

I think the shirt design is great, but I agree that the text is too blunt. What if you tried something really out-there boring like "Up for a game of scrabble?" or you can go with something like "this sucks." it keeps the theme nicely.

This would be really funny if the backdrop was totally beautiful, with more colors, and it was just the two astronauts looking at the horizon.. and the one guy saying.. "The Moon Sucks." Cuz then.. it like.. would be funnier. Yunno like a totally poignant moment just completely busted on. Pretty much.. what I'm trying to say is.. this is totally bland.
