There's waaaay too much going on in this design. I'd try to simplify it more, and focus in on the message you're trying to send.

i kinda like that there's a lot. it's not unneeded; it ties it together.

I dont mind the business... your eye goes where it's supposed to first, and then has something else to look at. Keeps the T from getting old fast.
