Because I know I hate them, and I think you do.

who?? WHOOOO??? seriously, are they "big" enough for this rise against them?

are you in high school or something?

even if good charlotte were little more than a garage band, they'd still deserve this "rise against them." any band that thinks they can cry because it's their "scene" deserve much worse than this. why must the legacy of the boy band tarnish the name of punk? WASNT AVRIL ENOUGH!?

WTF cares if they're 'big enough'. They could be playing in their mom's garage still and they'd still suck as badly.

haha. though i don't have a problem with them, i like it.

if you don't like them, why are you trying to give them more attention o_O; anyway, even if it is a hater shirt, it doesn't hate nuff n_n;

What I wrote about them being "big" enough would make the statement the shirt is trying to make - much more effective.

If no one knows who the band is, who cares if they suck? Follow?

And I agree with UPRAWR, you're drawing attention to the band, not distracting.

They are not underground. You *have* heard them on your clear channel-owned-conservative-funded-radio, thought it was crap and turned it off. I understand what you mean... I just wanted to post something funny. So I replaced the "Good" with something more accurate. ya unda-dig?

Well, since I dont know you at all LDVDG, I cant know what you listen to, your age group, your demographic area, etc. But good charlotte is fairly big in the world of corporate MTV teeny-boppers and such and glossed-over top 40s charts. So yeah, they're actually pretty well known. You could call them one of the front bands of this whole 'punk retakover' movement we've been seeing since sum 41.

Your "hater" shirt is well done. I used to like Good Charlotte back in the days when they opened for a free-stage band, before their style changed. (I have a weird thing for liking starving bands who bought their instruments at yard sales and their concert attire on the clearance rack at Goodwill.) Anyway, I agree that I don't like the 'Pop Punk' wave, but that doesn't mean I'll wear a shirt about it. Promote the music you do like. Let the people who get their groove on to the music you hate go for it. Be a lover not a hater.
