I love the crane and your design is great.... but I agree with bob. I'd like it a lot more on a navy shirt without the ornamental frames.

design's too big, i dont find the floral patterns appealing. and i don't get how it's related to the theme. It's "The Island (Listen to the song!)", and not "The Crane Wife"...

At first glance the shading on the neck made it appear like it was a tranny with her 5 o'clock shadow poking out of her make-up.

in response to alanis i don't see how it's not related to the song. i own the album and love it. she's supposed to be floating/drowned in the water, hence the name "landlord's daughter". the crane was just supposed to be a little added bonus for those who could tell what it was...

I love the crane in the hair....other than that, it seems a little awkward perhaps because of her face. It might look less cartoonish and more abstract with no facial features at all
