For those of you not familiar with Modern British Culture...
A 'Chav', is a (usually teenage) person who wears sports clothing in pastel colours, likes hip-hop and pop music, smashes up bus-stops, uses phrases such as: 'innit', 'blad', 'well buff', 'well mignin', 'am I bovvered?', 'wha'ever', 'bare' (meaning 'very' or 'many') etc.

This is a chav from back in the day... obv.

In KELLY (with colour) and KHAKI (just black)...
ehehehhheheh ^^

WHAPANG!

you're stretching here on the explanation. It's like a joke: if you need to explain it, it's no longer funny.

should have said something like "rascal, British teenager ...back in the day"

i disagree with HoyaEldridge. Cultural intimacy all the way.
