I think it would be a 5 if the kiwi sillouete also had the goggles with the straps dangling down or something. But that'll take it away from the depressed-ness of it all. I like it. =] |

Kiwi is an awesome word/bird/fruit. I'm so glad it's not a penguin. You get double-bonus-happy-fun-points for that. 5$!

love the idea. not black, though. maybe a color that's more natury or just more subtle in general? would like to see some flying birds more in the foreground as well.

I don't think this design is stealing anything from the youtube animation. Just because it's the same species of bird doesn't mean he copied it from anywhere.
That being said, even though this shirt is a real Debbie Downer I would still wear it. Kiwis are cute. I do agree with the comment from fabcupcake about putting more birds closer in the foreground... that way the kiwi might not look quite as big in comparison (and yes, I do realize there is supposed to be some aspect of distance between the two). Overall though, great job! |

I think you've only used two colors (if I'm counting correctly). I think you should add some more depth to the drawing of the Kiwi with some other shades of color. That being said, I am going to be studying abroad in NZ from Feb. t0 Nov. and I would kill for this shirt. 3$, and I think with a bit of reworking it would definitely be a 5$.

Hmmm, one larger tear would be better than all those little ones. Also, you could try it as a central design with the flock of birds as a background to the kiwi.
