the breath shouldn't be broken the way it is. it looks like there are strips of paper covering it. I don't understand the bugs flying over the head.

i like this as weird as it is. the only thing i'd say is either get rid of the break in the wind, or break the rest of it up more (and maybe smaller pieces). actually i think the breaking it up more would look better, be a nice clash of styles. like you have going on on the top of the head.

oh and i'd probably play with the placement a bit more... i'd say lower.

Thanks for comments and ideas. the things above babys head are light bulbs (ideas!) and its not wind its waves!!
