Is the beetle trying to eat the fly or holding on to it because it hates to say goodbye?

They are in love. They are bridging many gaps in the insect world by being together. The fly is feeling lots of pressure from it's family to move on.... but the beetle believes in true love and can't let the fly go.

I like biology shirts. I think they are neat, and have a tendency to make the wearer look smart. I like looking smart, so you get a four from me.
