I think the burger is too strong, it's hard to see it as the mushroom cloud. Might work better if you left it all grey except for the yellow seeds and cheese, and maybe some highlights on the burger and lettuce.

The bottom part looks like a mushroom cloud, so maybe if you left the rest of the bun grey, it would work.

thanks for the comments, I was worried the whole "the mushroom cloud is a burger" would be lost if I didn't have the bun different colour. But I'll work on some tweaks!
