ok this is a bit racist and i'll tell you why. the "black sheep" of the family is an outcast, someone who isnt as liked as the rest, someone who stands out-generally being the black sheep has negative connotations, and youre making the outcast "black" as in african american? and in your description you say its about "feeling different" why should someone who is black feel different? plus the 'bling bling" thing is flat out corny. this is just a white kids idea of what black people are.

Well.. I do understand you're point. But feeling different isn't a bad thing! Have u see who's the "coolest" sheep in this illustration? Well it's the black one! And being the black sheep don't usualy come with a negative side, it's just an expression. And this ain't racist for me caus' it's cute, I didn't want to do a debate on the subject with this design. I've already post it on deviant art and I've never heard the word "racist". So I'm kinda bit of surprise that people thought that here.

Anyway, juste a little explanation..maybe it's the reason why it's not everybody who understand: I don't think that in english and in french we have the same definition for the expression "black sheep". In french it's not necessairly negative..it's more like a way to say that someone is more original than the others. And you know what? If I was the black sheep on that Illustration, I'd be proud! I feel myself more like him even if i'm not black, don't have a comb in my hair or even a bling bling! Anyway...just like that...if it was a boy and a girl on this illustration, would it be sexist?
