But also, I feel sorta dumb because, am I supposed to have any background knowledge of who the characters in the book are? Because I don't know any of them, and sometimes I feel like I'm maybe supposed to?

Bear in mind though, that I'm that annoying girl at movies who will lean over and ask you "who is that?" as soon as a new character is introduced as though everyone else watching the movie already knows something I don't.

I'm irritating.

This weekend I purchased an inflatable boat and filled it up with super nibs and beer and floated down a river with my best friends.

It was a great day.

I love weekends.

Also, I think I'm gonna start a flickr 365 sort of thing but instead of pictures of myself, I'm going to take a picture every day of 1 thing that makes me happy - I like reflecting on positives and I'm making a conscious effort not to be negative/whiny/depressing. I think this'll help.

3. He called me half an hour before I was supposed to meet him to tell me that he was running late. I missed his call and he left me a voicemail. Since we had been communicating via internet, I had never heard his voice. The voicemail was in a heavy English accent.
4. When I met him he no longer posessed the accent and said, "hi I'm Ethan and I'm not British." (not normal)
5. The date was sorta fun but mostly crap. (Normal)
