I work in Los Angeles and - get this, I went into a Starbuck's, (gasp! it's true!), and the guy mixing the drinks, (I'd murder their fancy name - Barista (sp) - okay, maybe not) Anyhow, he said - "That's an awesome shirt, John, (yes - back when I had a job we were on a first name basis), where did you get it?" "Threadless," I replied. 'Oh, I know them. They have a bunch of awesome stuff." I was blown away.

I thought Threadless was my own little secret - shared w/ the 3 other cool people in LA. I asked, "How do you know Threadless?" Thinking, wow, maybe there's 4 or even 5 cool people in this urban super-sprawl of 17 million. Bobby the Barista replied, "Well I see a bunch of shirts come through here every day. I see a lot of Threadless - they're the best."
