I have 2 jpeg files, both created in Adobe Photoshop. One is 204kbs and the other is 216kbs. Both are 640 x 800 pixels. I flattened and merged all the layers.
I uploaded them to the flash template according to the instructions, but the flash file is coming out to be 268kbs instead of the required 250 kbs.

I don't know what else to do, and i'm kind of a noob at flash. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks ]]>
