There is a slogan so funny and worth printing that I think it should be voted on by as many people as possible so it can be printed. Its not one of mine, its greenttentacle's "H20: I'd tap that" is very funny and its so easy to see the design on the tee. please, people, vote and send some love to this great slogan!
and if you get time, vote on mine as well
thanks!!

As Threadless has moved to putting slogans on twitter and moving away from type tees, I feel a tear come to my eye and a swear word to my lips.

My votes on my slogans have dropped down quite a lot and I have been putting in the hard yard recently coming up with some worgasm-isms (its a new word FRICKENAWESOME posted recently) as well as trying to live a life.

I heard Ross (the art director) speak on Tuesday night about Threadless and how they were formed and what direction they are looking forward to doing. Really interesting overall, if it wasn't for the snobs I would have enjoyed myself more. Ross said that Threadless has wanted to do something with Twitter for a while and that its was more to do with doing something new with some friends but it still seems like a cope out for Threadless.

Where is the community spirit? Where is the slogan love? and why can't i get more votes??!!

I'm not sure if this has been started somewhere else or if this is the first.

What I want to know is, what makes a really great tee?

What are the things you should be thinking about when voting?

- aesthetics
- the placement
- the colours
-the message
- the design
... etc

I'm asking this because some designs that should get printed don't and some get printed that i wouldn't wear.
eg. a design that I think should be printed you've been out creeped
and one that i wouldn't wear that has been printed Up the down escalator (not that its bad, its just not something i'd wear)
