Now I know this is going to make me look like a veritable dunce, but I have only just found out about this: http://www.flickr.com/groups/lessthread/

Before now I've been using the bog standard Submission Kit that you get from the submit page, wondering where on earth people were getting those much nicer, more effective blank tee templates.

I still come across a design or two which is still using the standard tee template, So I can only assume there are others out there oblivious, like i was, to the flickr group. Either that or they are just nostalgically inclined.

So theres this blog, my effort to highlight the hardwork that has gone into making those lovely tee templates; I know its not the first, but another cant do any harm surely? (If just one person is enlightened by my post then its served its purpose)

Unfortunately I wasnt quick witted enough to think of searching the forums to find out about them before I submitted my last attempt at T-shirt fame and fortune...

So here's the ulterior motive of this blog; just like those scam websites with the unnaturally narrow layouts and endless statements of miracle cures and snake oil science*, and the 3 miles of text promising life changing results. you've been waiting for it; the paypalbutton at the very bottom and the "too good to miss" offer; its my shameless self promotion and confirmation that truly altruistic gestures are pure fantasy. Yes it's true: my submission craves your attention and, if you like it, your $5 votes!

But back to serious subject; would it be possible to help out the newcomers and flag the flickr group up on the submission page? Whats everybody elses thoughts?

* chinese snake oil is apparently very high in omega 3 so it might cure what ails ya afterall.

Hello by the way, this is my first blog post and i didnt even introduce myself.
