I'm really enjoying posting these shirts-on-a-theme blogs. I doubt I can make this a daily thing, but I'm looking for a lunchtime distraction, and there's a sale going on...so today's shirts are all about CRIME!

I'm actually a criminologist by education, so this theme generally sticks out to me when I look through the catalog.

As always, if you find this post helpful in tracking down shirts, I'd appreciate it if you used my street team link to seal the deal!

I'm a big fan of poker, so I assembled a short list of Threadless shirts relevant to the game...

If this helps you with a purchase, I would definitely appreciate it if you'd use my ST link to seal the deal!

King of Clubs (guys XS, L-3XL; all girly sizes; hoody S-2XL)

These don't directly reference poker, but they reference greed/money, which are good themes at the poker table anyway:

This shirt is spectacular!!! Colors are amazing, great illustration...definitely in the top three of shirts that I own, and probably sitting at #1.

I'll never understand why more shirts aren't printed on this Charcoal color instead of black...

After spending a day periodically and anxiously staring at the "1 left!" warning on the product page, I finally got around to submitting gallery pictures of my first fifteen threadless shirts so I could use my points for the purchase. I actually refreshed my mailbox more often this morning waiting for the pictures to clear than I did when I was waiting for law school decisions to come in!

I started running in December when I decided, on a whim, to train for a ten mile race. I managed to finish the race a few weeks back in under two hours (not too shabby for someone who would have been happy just to avoid being picked up on the slow bus!), and I just registered for my first marathon in January 2009. Considering I could barely run for twenty minutes at one time when I first started, this is all very exciting.

Anyway, I can't wait to wear this shirt during training, and maybe on a race day or two! I hope I didn't shut out any other Girly XLs who had their eye on this one...although it looks like a reprint of the (better?) original submission is probably on its way!

2weeker!

http://www.threadless.com/profile/702202/Lilyskip/336250/2weeker

I write for a new blog called 2weeker.

The general idea is that those of us writing for the blog make some kind of life change for two weeks, then blog about it. We have a variety of different voices and perspectives working on this, which makes it pretty interesting.

Our first 2week (or tweek) was "Drink nothing but water for two weeks." A few of us (like me) really struggled with breaking a caffeine addiction, while others just breezed through.

Anyhoo, please give it a clicky-ready and let me know what you think! Incidentally, we're always looking for ideas for our next Tweeker, so feel free to leave suggestions! I figure there are some of the most brilliant, twisted creative minds on the planet on threadless, so who better to ask?

The rules/limits of the 2weekers are:

* None of the changes can endanger oneself or others.
* None of the changes can pose challenges to ones livelihood.
* None of the changes can cost significantly more than what one currently spends.
* All of the changes must be achievable in some form by most individuals.
