Hi Everyone,

I've recently submitted a piece that I felt very strongly about but it was rejected by threadless as they cited 'copyrighted material' as the reason of rejection, and while I understand that and respect it, I have also seen many pop-culture inspired designs get approved and even get printed (star-wars, super-mario..etc come to mind) so I'm not sure what exactly went wrong here.

This is the design I'm talking about:

Idol

I feel very strongly about it especially since i've yet to get printed here on threadless, so is there any way for me to work this out and get it to the voting process without it losing it's essence and over-all value.

The piece has got some amazing response and all the platforms it was previewed on including Deviant-art and Tumblr:
So yeah, your feedback would certainly help.

Hello Everyone,

A member here has directly ripped off my illustration and submitted it as her own, how do I go on reporting it or asking for it to be removed? Has this happened to anyone before?

I'm finding it quite surprising because despite me being a member since 2007 I have only decided to become active here a couple of weeks ago and now I'm wondering if there are any designs of mine that have been ripped off and got submitted here and that thought is just disturbing to me.

Here's the ripped off version of the design I'm talking about:

Stolen Art

and Here are the Originals:

">On Threadless
On Deviantart

Your advise would certainly be helpful.

Hi, is there a way to edit a sub'd design which is still pending approval? or at least cancel it and then re-submit it? if not then who do I contact to get it deleted?
