The last few I have been to I was so nervous that I was even nervous the night BEFORE the interview.

You take a person who is ordinarily quite shy and you put them in a situation where they are being evaluated and all the attention is on them and BO0OOM! not fun.

The only thing that works for me is to realize its "just another interview" and not think about it too much.
I don't win at these things anways. :)

I was browsing though threadless with my mother and she kept insisting on what my next designs should look like.

me: "But whats going to be special about this mermaid?"
