OK, I downloaded the threadless Photoshop template, 3 layers at 900 x 475 pixels, 72 pixels/inch resolution. I imagine that I just replace the slides with 3 of my own but I can't seem to find the recommended limit for the overall file size. Anyone know?

Also, what's the best way to insert my design panels, make a jpg, or just drag and drop my Photoshop files into the threadless template?

I also need the recommended file size for the 255 x 135 pixels thumbnail.
