I'd love to give the machine some sort of second life and am collecting ideas.
So far I've got:
- outfit it with Linux and use it as a "guest" computer
- turn it into a server of some sort?

Any nerds in the hous with ideas?

NB I haven't looked into the specs yet. ( Not sure how i can get to those with no OS on the machine. )

I can't seem to sqeeze anything useful in 140 characters and tweeting doesn't feel like proper communication to me, more like using a megaphone on an overcrowded marketsquare (where eveyone is using one already). Overall, I'm not really enjoying it.

Has anyone here ever nixed one of their social networking tools and happily so? (or regretfully so?)
