I've had to return one of these shirts already, and now I need to exchange my exchange!

The first was cut strangely and gave me some sort of gimpy arm syndrome because it was sewn badly. The exchange (which was very prompt, woo hoo!) seems to have already been washed once? I thought this was very un-threadless-like, but whatever. My main gripe is that the top of the shirt seam missed a bunch of stitches! Wtf?!

All my other threadless shirts have been flawlessly awesome, it just seems that the hot dog is slightly more diabolical than I thought. Anyone else have this problem?
