I went to the R.E.M., Modest Mouse and The National concert that was held at Deer Lake Park in Burnaby (a suburb of Vancouver) on May 23, 2008. Modest Mouse was up before R.E.M. and after The National. While they were setting up for Modest Mouse, I was looking around at the people around me when I noticed a guy straight behind me wearing Adorable Disaster. I was SO tempted to go up to him and say "Hey. I love your Threadless t-shirt! I have the exact same one!" So, so tempted. I resisted it because he was big and brawny and standing there with his arms crossed. I felt intimidated. I looked for him after they had finished however, he had left right after they ended. Too bad. I had finaly gotten up the courage to go and talk to him. I wonder if he'll read this? Probably not. Rule of the story... never NOT say anything to someone wearing a Threadless t-shirt. Good rule to live by Mya.

Arghh!!! I'm going through Threadless t-shirt Withdrawal!!!! And I haven't even got any t-shirts to go into withdrawal over! It's been nineteen days since my first order was shipped and I've been checking the mail box every single weekday. I'm sure my parents are about to slaughter me because of the way I'm acting. Ever seen cats with catnip? I haven't but I can imagine. I'm like that but in a mad, catnip craving state. Lovely, right? Anyway I thought orders were received in 1-7 days so I contacted Threadless over the lack of my order a couple of days ago. I found out today that it can take up to 5 WEEKS for international orders to arrive (what with customs)!!! Arghhh!! Does anyone understand my frustration? *sobs*
