I'm currently celebrating my return to threadless after a rather long absence...

It was pretty up there though and I did have fun. I stayed in the "cabin" (it was like 500,000 square feet) and read the entire week.

I also went on a ferry up on Lake Supeior (I can't spell.). We took it to a little island and drove around it and got lost.

My family can't get a normal suvineur (again, I can't spell and don't really want to try) like a normal family. No... we had to get the HD video recorder that cost over a 1,000 dollars to record ourselves sitting in the sun and doing nothing.

I'll see if I can post some pictures. (we didn't take many... everything was recorded via HD).

I watched "The Barber of Seville" (it's an opera) and liked it.
I can have an entire conversation using nothing but movie quotes.
I know what LED stands for and what it is.
I also know the means of the acronyms: KOTOR, WOW, and C&C.
I have gone with out eating and minimal sleep for days just to finish a game.
I've read the dictionary for fun.
Going with out the Sims 2 for more than two days is, for me, a breakthrough.
I have been asked to speak english many times (and I don't know any other language).

Let's start a game...


The object of the game:

To have your name displayed the most as a last comment on the message boards.

How Do I do that?--- You leave a comment on some one elses blog... DUH! JK.

What the game requires: Leaving lots of comments on the blogs and maybe even being social.

The Catch---- Your comment must be 100% positive. It must also relate to the blog you are posting on. (example: if some one is talking about cupcakes... don't post a comment about robots... unless the cupcakes are in the shape of robots.) This way our game can be incognito.

How do I check how many last comments I have?

Go to the participate icon at the top of the site. Click Blog forum... then click the blogs tab (only blogs for this game. Sub blogs, product blog and critiques don't count).


The whole purpose of the game and this blog:

To get people involed that normally don't. To make less popular people and blogs feel special.


The prize:

Nothing big as of yet.... I'll use the winner's ST URL for my next order but maybe some one can donate a few STP...

Anyway, all of the boy cousins are really big into these "air soft" guns. They're like BB guns but not as powerful and you use plastice BBs instead (think paintball with out the mess and need for body padding). So all the boys brought they're big guns and they always bring xtras so us girls can join in.

Now I'm not a big fan of getting shot at... Even with protective gear on. So I normally don't play. Today however I wanted to get away from the dull atmoshere that is my Aunt's house, so I doned safety googles (they made me look like a WW2 pilot... Very cool) and grabbed my cousin, Justin's gun. Now his gun is like... well pathetic. It barely shoots 5 ft, much less makes your "enemies" feel anything.

So me and my other cousing, Steph, go out and try to find the boys (My aunt has a big backyard with tons of trees and fences all over the place. Not to mention The house sits right in the middle of the property so you can use the front yard to sneak up behind your "enemy"). Well Steph had the bright idea to use herself as bait and I was to hide on the far side of this 6ft fence where it meets the shed.

I wait there forever and Steph is pretending to be interested in the bushes over on the other side of the property (yeah like any one is really going to hide in the bushes with all of the ticks we have around here).

So as I'm waiting I hear movement on the other side of the fence. I thought I could pull a Rambo and jump up ontop of the fence, shoot him and run away before said unknown "enemy" got away.

Well part one of my plan worked great. I jumped up on the top support of this 6ft fence and let lose a volley of BBs. Problem is... it was my brother. My brother has a really, really big and powerful weapon. And He doesn't play fair (as in "once you're shot you're dead any have to go back to start).

So I shoot him and try to jump down. By this time he has already shot off 100 BBs and has successfully shot the tips of my fingers several times (they were the last part off me to get below the top of the fence). Then! get this...

Our little spat had now drawn the attention of the other members of his team and the rest of mine. So I'm now in the cross fire for both teams. My brother... taking the advantage of the confusion, fires... like from 2ft away... several shots at my unprotected cheek.

The shirmish ended with me wounded and Steph taken as a hostage. I went inside to continue in on the... wonderful... conversation about how Uncle Bob found a new hack for some thing he found on the internet.

I now have two gashes on the side of my face. It was bleeding. It kinda looks like I got bit by a vampratic hamster.]]>
